CRISPI Lapponia II GTX Non-Insulated Hunting Boot

If counting ounces or “light and fast” describe your hunting or hiking style, then CRISPI designed the CRISPI Lapponia II GTX just for you. Weighing in at only 16 oz per boot, the Lapponia II GTX is the lightest Crispi hunting boot available and is the perfect solution for those who like the flexibility and weight of a trail-runner but require the support and durability of a true hunting boot.

CRISPI Lapponia II Video Review

CRISPI Lapponia 2.0 Lightweight Boot Features

The new Lapponia II upper features a soft and supple waterproof Nubuck leather that is paired with an advanced synthetic material called PUtek, which consists of a nylon base woven with threads of polyurethane. This highly abrasion resistant fabric is then lined with a GORE-TEX Performance Lining to ensure maximum waterproof performance while maintaining breathability. A leather border (known as a rand) is triple stitched around the base of entire boot to protect the foot from external impacts and cuts. CRISPI uses a differentiated structure and removable CRISPI Air Mesh on the insole for comfort and breathability.

The midsole is built with very lightweight dual density EVA foam providing great shock absorbing capabilities. The Waterproof GORE-TEX Performance Comfort Footwear Lining and CRISPI's exclusive Vibram CLAW outsole compound round out the tough and durable bottom of the Lapponia II. The top-side features an asymmetrical lacing system which allows you to customize the tightness of the lacing in the toe box, so you control the comfort vs glove-like fit as needed.

Bottom line is… If you are looking for one of the lightest weight mountain hunting boot available on the market, while having great flexibility, look no further than the redesigned Lapponia II GTX by CRISPI.

How to Size your Lapponia II GTX Boots Correctly

From the hundreds of pairs of CRISPI boots that we've helped customers wear into the wild, the overwhelming majority ended up going with their street shoe size in the standard (D) width. CRISPI offers half-sizes and extra wide sizing if needed, so you can get the fit dialed in perfectly. We typically wear CRISPI Manti Lightweight Merino Socks with our CRISPI boots, which provide great perspiration management and blister protection.

Gore-Tex Insulated Comfort Footwear Lining

GORE-TEX Performance Comfort Footwear Lining: Keeps your feet dry when crossing creeks, hunting in swampy areas, or walking through wet morning grass.

Vibram Logo

Vibram sole with Super-Grip Compound and EVA midsole: This means you get impact absorbing comfort where you need it, but sole stability where it matters.

Flex Rating

2 Flex Rating: On CRISPI'S scale from 1-5, this is a more flexible option for those who like the flexibility and weight of a trail-runner, but want the support and durability of a true boot. Level 2 is great for shed hunting, lowland bird hunting, or even for the hunter that likes to better "feel" what's under foot.

Board Lasting Mechanical Construction Logo

Board Lasting Mechanical Construction: Italian made boots have always been known for great long lasting quality. CRISPI takes that a step further in their construction method when attaching the uppers to the sole.
