Shipping policy

All orders are typically processed and shipped the same day when they are received before 2 p.m. Mountain Time (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email or text notification when you place your order, as well as when your order has shipped. If you do not receive a notification, please check your spam folder or unknown senders folders as messages may accidentally go to spam, depending on your provider.

Note that all shipping times displayed on our site are estimates, and may change depending on carrier volumes, especially during peak times such as the holidays. Please contact us before placing your order if you require delivery of your order before a specific date (i.e you have a trip coming up), so we can coordinate the appropriate shipping service.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free economy shipping may be offered at our discretion or as a promotion. Free shipping promotions still require a $25 or larger order value and sale/clearance items contained in a cart will disqualify an order for free shipping promotions. Free shipping orders are typically sent with USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail depending on item weight, but UPS Ground may be used depending on your location and package size.

 

International Shipping

We're sorry, but we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you would like to place an order for an international destination, we suggest using a freight forwarder with a U.S. delivery address.

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Basin + bend is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Note that we will not falsify invoices or mark items as a gift in an effort to circumvent duties and taxes.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you do not receive any notification, please start by checking your spam or unknown senders folders, then please contact us so we can try to resend. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carriers' website.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@basinandbend.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@basinandbend.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

While online shopping is extremely convenient, we know that it also comes with its own challenges, especially around the fit of apparel. While we do our best to provide size charts and fit guides for the brands that we carry, we realize that sometimes a return or exchange of an item may be needed.
