Returns and Refunds Policy

How long can I return or exchange my item?

We allow returns & exchanges for up to 30 days from the date your order was delivered to you (according to shipping carrier records) or the day you purchased it in our physical store. If you have not initiated your return/exchange by that time, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We occasionally offer extended return windows (i.e. holiday shopping season). If an item is returned outside of our normal 30 day window policy, but within a qualified extended return window, the item is eligible for a refund to store credit only.

What can be returned or exchanged?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original undamaged packaging, including all tags and poly bags.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for the following products:

  • Food Items
  • Flies
  • Floatants
  • Hunting Calls
  • Fly Rods
  • Fly Reels
  • Fly Lines
  • Fly Tying Materials
  • E-Bikes
  • Gift Cards
  • All Terminal Tackle (leaders, tippet, etc).
  • Anything that shows use (i.e. boots worn outside)

Returns of Sale and Discounted Items:
Only regular priced items are eligible for a full refund. Items that were sold on sale or were purchased with a discount coupon or code will be refunded to store credit, assuming your return request falls within the standard return window, and policies.

Your original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the item will be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase if we don't have it on hand for you.

How do I initiate a return?

You can initiate a return request by sending an email to or by bringing your item to our physical store. Please make sure to include your order number when contacting us.

How do I exchange an item for a different size/style?

We will happily exchange items for different sizes/styles if required, assuming we have the desired replacement size/style in stock. Special orders for exchange replacement are not possible. We only replace like items if they are deemed defective or damaged at our discretion.

We offer free size exchanges for select items in our online store. Unless your item was advertised as "Includes Free Size Exchanges", you will be responsible for return shipping costs for the exchange. We will cover shipping costs for the shipping carrier of our choice for the outbound shipping of the exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do not guarantee delivery times for exchanges.

How do I ship my item back for a return or exchange?

Please contact us as stated above before attempting to return your item. We can typically offer reduced shipping costs by sending you a shipping label for your item. The cost of the return shipping will simply be deducted from your refund.

Unless you purchased a product that advertised free return shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Your original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the item will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee the delivery of your returned item to our location.

Can I get a partial refund?

Any item that has had it's packaging damaged, is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts may be eligible for a partial return, but we reserve the right to determine what, if any, amount will be refunded. Your original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the item will be deducted from any refund you may receive.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take some time before your refund is posted to your account by your credit card company.
